Donations are limited to residents living within the riding of Fort Saskatchewan-Vegreville including: City of Fort Saskatchewan, Lamont County (Bruderheim, Lamont, Mundare, Andrew, Chipman, Hilliard, St. Michael, Star, Whitford, Wostok), Minburn County (Vegreville, Innisfree, Mannville, Lavoy, Ranfurly, Minburn) and Elk Island National Park.
