About the Recall Effort

The recent recall effort involving Jackie Armstrong-Homeniuk was ultimately unsuccessful. However, it demonstrated that a significant number of constituents are concerned about representation in our community.

        This is not about one event — it’s about ongoing accountability and better representation.
    

What Constituents Expect

MLAs should not block constituents on social media or restrict public dialogue
Constituent concerns should receive direct, meaningful responses
MLAs should be present, visible, and active in the community
Accessibility and engagement should be consistent—not occasional

Looking Ahead

If you support the UCP:
Encourage the party to put forward a candidate who reflects these expectations and values community engagement.

If you support another party:
Ask candidates:

Will you block constituents on social media?
How will you address orphan wells in our constituency?
How will you stay accessible and engaged in the community?
